How it works

  1. 1 Survey — A short set of questions grounds the room. Takes two minutes. Earns a small reward.
  2. 2 Claim — Make your best claim in 200 characters. Plain language. No jargon.
  3. 3 Vote — Read every claim. Vote: Agree, Disagree, or Needs Work. Claims that reach 85% agreement become consensus.
  4. 4 Act — Once consensus emerges, propose actions. The room votes on what to do about it. Actions that reach 85% become commitments.
  5. 5 Results — What the room agreed on, and what they committed to do. Prize pool distributed to winners.
